1. Agreement to Terms

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
Cooperate with Olinare's team throughout the consulting process
Implement recommendations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and processes

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools developed by Olinare remain the intellectual property of Olinare. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.

5. Confidentiality

Olinare maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and data. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Olinare's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our recommendations are based on available information and industry best practices.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur additional fees
Services may be suspended for overdue accounts
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Olinare operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

Olinare reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
